What is PMOC?
PMOC stands for Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan. It is the technical plan that organizes, executes and records the maintenance of air conditioning systems, with the aim of maintaining air quality and the proper functioning of the equipment.
Is PMOC mandatory?
Yes. The PMOC (Plan for Maintenance, Operation and Control) is mandatory for buildings of public and collective use that utilize air conditioning systems, according to Law No. 13.589/2018. This includes places such as hospitals, schools, shopping centers, airports, and public buildings.
Who can sign the PMOC?
The PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operation Control Plan) must be prepared and signed by a qualified technical professional registered with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). At APM Engenharia, the plan is conducted under registered technical responsibility (CREA 151362417-2).
