APM Engenharia is an engineering company specializing in air conditioning and refrigeration, headquartered in Belém (PA) and serving all of Brazil. It has been operating in the sector since 2014, focusing on projects, improvements, implementing new technologies, asset management, increasing performance, maintenance, and legal compliance of air conditioning systems, always under technical responsibility registered with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy).

More than a decade in air conditioning and refrigeration
APM Engenharia has been operating in the air conditioning and refrigeration market since 2014. During this period, it has developed projects and maintenance services for companies, industries, healthcare facilities, and public agencies.
Our accumulated experience allows us to handle everything from project conception to the continuous operation of systems, including the technical documentation required for contracts and tenders.

Technical responsibility and registration with CREA
All services provided by APM Engenharia are conducted under technical responsibility registered with CREA (151362417-2). This ensures that projects, reports, and maintenance plans comply with applicable standards and have legal backing.
We issue the ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation), a document that formalizes the professional's responsibility for the service performed. Upon completion of the service, we also formalize its execution with a certificate of technical capacity, which proves APM's quality and experience in the work carried out.
Certifications and qualifications
APM Engenharia holds several technical certifications that demonstrate the team's qualifications to work in air conditioning, refrigeration, and other engineering services, from design and installation to technical reports, commissioning, construction, and renovations.
The certifications are kept up-to-date and can be presented in supplier approval processes.

Commitment to standards and air quality
APM Engenharia follows the technical standards that govern the sector in Brazil. Among them are Law No. 13.589/2018, which makes PMOC mandatory in public and collective use environments, and the ABNT and ANVISA standards focused on indoor air quality.
